I do not know y that HS is having more problem and lagging is really the killer....even i taken all steps given.....it make no diff....especially when playing it at night....

Will report to IT Dep about your encounter of lag. Kindly inform your country, Internet Service Provider for IT Dep and internet bandwidth (broadband/wireless etc) for IT Dep reference.
Meanwhile, you may like to:
1) Go to your HighStreet5 Folder-Double click OptimizePkgSys - Select Start, after which may help minimize in game lag.
2) Set your game settings according to:

cs@eaglegame.com.sg with your IGN, description of lag, and enclosing the ping test screenshots - Take snapshots of the “Pic 4”and “Pic 5” “Pic 6” as guided below, for IT Dep reference to assist them in investigation of lag.
Methods to get the ping test SS:
1. For XP: Click “Start”-“Run”, type in “cmd”, then click Enter/ For Vista: type in “cmd” in the Search Field above “Start”

3.Typing in the command
“Ping 203.116.228.129 –t” then click Enter

4.When the data in the above pic keeps popping out for a couple of seconds, then click “CTRL+C” to end it.
